Contact form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your inquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

The data you enter in the contact form remains with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Inquiries by email or telephone

If you contact us by email or telephone, your inquiry including all resulting personal data (name, inquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR.

5. Cookies and consent

This website uses a cookie banner to obtain your consent in accordance with Section 25 TTDSG and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. When you first visit our site, you are informed about the services used and can agree to or decline the use of optional cookies and tracking services. Your decision is stored locally in your browser (localStorage under the key nordnetic_consent) and can be withdrawn at any time by deleting your browser storage of website data for nordnetic.de.

Technically necessary functions (e.g. accessing the website, contact form) are provided even without your consent. Optional services such as reach analysis, session recording and conversion tracking are loaded exclusively after your active consent.

6. External services

Google Fonts

This site uses so-called Google Fonts, provided by Google LLC, for uniform display of fonts. When you open a page, your browser loads the required fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. For this purpose, the browser you use must connect to Google’s servers. As a result, Google learns that this website was accessed via your IP address. Google Fonts is used on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Umami Analytics (self-hosted)

This website uses Umami for reach analysis, a privacy-friendly analytics service hosted on a server of Nordnetic UG (haftungsbeschränkt) in Germany (domain: stats.nordnetic.de). Umami does not use cookies or fingerprinting and does not permanently store personal data. Only anonymized information is collected, such as the page viewed, referrer, browser type, screen resolution, language and a hashed, daily rotating session ID. IP addresses are not stored.

Microsoft Clarity

This website uses Microsoft Clarity, an analytics service of Microsoft Corporation (One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA). Clarity creates anonymized heatmaps and session recordings to improve the usability of our site. Among other things, mouse movements, clicks, scrolling behavior, screen resolution, IP address (shortened) and browser information are collected. Entries in form fields are masked by default and not recorded.

The Clarity script is loaded exclusively after your consent via the cookie banner. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Data is transferred to the USA; Microsoft is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Further information can be found in the Microsoft privacy policy .

Google Ads conversion tracking

This website uses Google Ads conversion tracking (conversion ID AW-17970070169) of Google Ireland Ltd. (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The tracking measures the success of our advertising campaigns by determining whether a user performs a certain action (e.g. submitting the contact form) after clicking a Google ad. For this purpose, a cookie that expires after 90 days is set when a Google ad is clicked.

The tag is loaded only after your consent via the cookie banner. We use Google Consent Mode v2 – without your consent, no personal advertising data is transmitted to Google. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Further information: https://policies.google.com/privacy .

Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram)

This website uses the Meta Pixel (pixel ID 1028192399732767) of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland) to measure the success of our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The pixel lets us track whether a conversion (e.g. submitting the contact form) took place after a click on a Meta ad, and refine our audiences for remarketing campaigns.

Among other things, IP address, user agent, page visited and conversion events are collected. The pixel is loaded exclusively after your consent via the cookie banner. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Data may be transferred to the USA; Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Further information in the Meta privacy policy .

Google Maps

On the “About us” page, we embed maps from the Google Maps service of Google Ireland Ltd. (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When the page is opened, the embedded iframe transmits data to Google, in particular your IP address and, where applicable, location information. Processing takes place regardless of whether you have a Google account or are logged in.

Google Maps is used in the interest of an appealing presentation of our location and to make it easy to find. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Data may be transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Further information can be found in the Google privacy notices and in the Google Maps terms of use .

Appointment booking via Microsoft Bookings

To arrange an initial consultation, we offer online appointment booking via the Microsoft Bookings service (provider: Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland). The booking page is only loaded when you click “Book a consultation” or “Choose a time”; it then appears in a window on our website or, if you choose “Open in a new tab”, directly on Microsoft’s site. Before that, no data is transmitted to Microsoft. When the booking page is loaded, your IP address is transmitted to Microsoft. When you book, we process the information you enter (first and last name, email address, address and telephone number if provided, the selected appointment and your notes) in order to hold the appointment; you receive the confirmation by email, for online appointments with a link to Microsoft Teams.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures taken at your request). We have concluded a data processing agreement with Microsoft. A transfer of personal data to the USA cannot be ruled out; it takes place on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply. Further information can be found in Microsoft’s privacy statement.

7. Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy so that it always meets current legal requirements or to reflect changes to our services in the privacy policy. The new privacy policy will then apply to your next visit.
